Yale produces numerous Internal Combustion or IC forklifts as part of their fleet. These forklifts are engineered according to their specific specifications so that these machines could perform many jobs in a wide range of businesses. These lift trucks utilize Yale in-line, 4 cylinder Mazda engines, either 2.2 or 2.0L units and GM engines in 2.4L and 4.3L capacities. These engines are really durable, effective and very powerful. They have been proven for both dependability and performance.
Yale's innovative design and engineering have produced Hi-Vis Masts. These masts have quickly gained a reputation for being extremely well built while also providing unsurpassed visibility. All components are manufactured to provide long-life, low-maintenance capabilities and great performance.
The pneumatic I.C.E. Forklifts produced by Yale are manufactured and engineered to operate in some of the harshest environments and most challenging industries. For instance, the Yale GP-VX Series features rugged 6 cylinder and 4 cylinder Yanmar, Mazda, Cummins and GM engines, available in LPG, Gasoline and Diesel units. These particular engines are application proven for providing remarkable reliability and overall performance.
Yale's Techtronix is a different superior product which electronically controls the transmission to give improved performance and durability. Yale Hi-Vis mast incorporates innovative design and engineering, solid construction and superior visibility. All parts are made to offer excellent performance while offering extended, low-maintenance life.
Narrow Aisle Important Parts Carriage & Reach Assembly
Both the carriage and reach assembly on a narrow aisle truck would undergo significant amounts of stress in a full shift. The high durability of these parts is totally essential so as to assure that the forklift maintains high productivity levels. Yale reach mechanisms are particularly designed using heavy-duty components in order to extend total durability and long life of the components. For further strength, at the end of the stroke, the reach assembly is cushioned. This specific design feature helps to maintain operator ergonomics and provide excellent durability. Excellent visibility is maintained by the open carriage design which provides optimal house routing.
Reach Assembly Rear Carrier:
In order to force durability and rigidity by resisting side to side forces, the reach assembly rear carrier is mounted on angled load rollers. The inner frame assembly offers a stronger inner frame. This design is made to withstand vibration and shocks in load handling. There are many thick inner frame side weldments especially constructed for more durability.
